At Phabbat, each outfit is crafted with care and precision. To maintain the exclusivity and quality of our products, we follow a strict return, exchange, and cancellation policy:

  • Damaged Products Only: Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged. Customers must provide a clear 360° video showing the damage at the time of opening the package.
  • Colour Disclaimer: Despite our best efforts to display accurate images of every outfit, please note that slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded on the basis of these minor discrepancies.

Online Website Orders:

  • Orders placed directly through our website require 100% payment at the time of purchase.
  • These orders are non-refundable, but in case of issues (excluding colour variations), we may provide store credit if the item is returned unused, unworn, and in its original condition within 3 days of delivery.

Bespoke / Custom Orders:

  • Orders will be confirmed and moved into production only once a 50% advance payment has been received.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch of the completed order.
  • Once a design is finalised with our team, no changes or cancellations are possible once the order has entered production.
  • Custom/bespoke products are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for store credit or exchange, as they are made exclusively to your specifications.
